TERMS & CONDITIONS

We understand that plans can change, so our rescheduling/cancellation policy is designed to be fair for everyone!

The policy allows adjustments to be made your booking up until a couple of weeks before your tour.

You acknowledge by making a booking that you agree to our full Terms and Conditions.

BOOKING FEES

To hold your preferred tour date and to ensure we can provide the best service for your tour, a 50% booking fee is payable at the time of booking.

PAYMENT

We will hold a tour up to 7 days after an invoice is due.  If an invoice remains unpaid after this time, all deposit fees paid will be forfeited and your tour will be cancelled.

CANCELLATION

The following conditions apply if you wish to cancel your booking:

  • Cancelling 14 days + before your your- full refund

  • Cancelling 0 – 14 days before your tour – non-refundable/non-creditable.

All private group tours are completely non-refundable.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

It is your responsibility to take care of your personal belongings at all times. We are not responsible or liable for any personal belongings left unattended.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We encourage our customers to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

Central Coast Tours Pty Ltd (operator) reserves the right to vary or cancel tours owing to weather extremes or changes to operational conditions (eg road closures, fire bans or other circumstances) beyond the control of the operator.

COVID-19

We will do our utmost to comply with all COVID-safe practices. 

DO YOU NEED TO MAKE CHANGES TO YOUR BOOKING?

Contact us at least 14 days prior to tour date. Fees may apply. 

VEHICLE DAMAGE

The person who makes the booking will be viewed as the main contact for the group and will be responsible for any damages to the vehicles or property caused by any member of the party. Damage includes vomiting on the bus.  This attracts a $500 cleaning fee.

GENERAL

The customer acknowledges that the sole obligation of the operator is to convey a customer safely to and from agreed points of departure & arrival & that the operator shall have no liability whatsoever to the customer whilst outside the operator’s tourist vehicle. Whilst all care is taken, the operator accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings or delays.

The driver may at any time refuse to carry any person who in the driver’s opinion exhibits unacceptable behaviour, is aggressive, threatening, or apparently affected by alcohol or other drug, or causes fear to any reasonable person at any location at which the operator attends.

At times it may be necessary to provide alternative transport or use the services of another accredited tour operator.

Seatbelts are fitted and must be worn at all times.
